Clock Troubleshooter
You can turn the key but it just spins.
You probably have a broken spring. Clock springs store a lot of power and can be dangerous. We strongly recommend that you take the clock to a qualified repairperson for service.
Another possibility is that the spring has come off its winding shaft. Once again, a qualified repairperson is needed to remedy this.
